Tychy's post-war estates arrived in named waves. The sequence tempts us to read the present directly from the plan.

The sequence is real. The map is not yet publishable.
Four reviewed planning waves survive the source audit. Estate S survives only as an unrealised ghost. The package records adjacency, but not public geometry, so the story refuses a decorative map.

Later construction is not one demographic destiny.
The aggregate city lost 10.2% of its registered population from 1995 to 2025. The estate cross-section refuses a simple chronology: O and L occupy opposite ends of the 65+ range inside the same Southern expansion wave.

Act III · Walk one ordinary day
A straight line is not a walk.
The published daily basket asks whether older residents lie within fixed Euclidean thresholds for transport, food, pharmacy, and medical care. It measures proximity, not passage.

Estates differ inside the same wave.
The age association is suggestive, fragile, and not causal. Straight-line access is widespread in the model, with sharp exceptions.
